Knife Care
Your new knife
has a nearly perfect edge,
which can be
maintained using the following
guidelines:
- Use with a plastic or wooden cutting board to protect the fine edge.
Avoid cutting on marble, stone, or glass surfaces.
- Store knives in a knife block, or knife case. Should your knife block
have diagonal cuts, store knives with sharpened edges up to prevent
dulling on the wooden surface.
- Never cut bones or frozen food with a regular cutting knife.
Bones should be cut with a saw.
- Do not wash with a wire scrubbing brush.
