1. COATING
Cut and abrasion-resistant TitanPlus hard-base coating with excellent non-stick properties
  Hardened, non-stick utility coating with embedded ceramic particles  
  Intermediate coating  
  Extra-hard titanium base coating  
  Sand-blasted aluminium substrate






 

 
2. THERMO BOTTOM

 
Approximately 10-mm-thick cast bottom for optimum thermal absorption and no distortion, even at high temperatures
 
3. DETACHABLE HANDLE
Detachable handle, TÜV and GS safety tested, allows easy storage, cleaning and oven use
 
4. HANDLE MOUNT
Integral, threaded brass insert for sturdy, firmly affixed handles
 
5. CAST HANDLE
Cast handle – for safe lifting/handling (except for flat pans)
 
6. GLASS LID
Various glass lids for energy-efficient cooking, ovenproof up to 250 °C
 

7. EDGE
