The base material for WOLL professional cast products is a
high-quality,
pre-processed aluminium alloy from German smelting
plants. Each piece is
chill-cast in a stress-relieved process
without any air inclusions that lessen
the quality.
Aluminium-titanium oxides or diamond crystals are then applied
to
the cut and ground body with a 20,000 ºC-hot plasma jet, using a
patented, hi-tech process. This hard surface forms the basis for
the
time-tested, extremely durable and unique non-stick coating
of our WOLL
professional cast products – our contribution to low-fat,
vitamin-friendly and
healthful meals.
